Martin Salgado and Dulce Molina de Salgado have been faithfully administering New Life under the Thiesen’s supervision with integrity, humility, and excellence. Their leadership is marked not only by strong stewardship, but by a genuine love for the children and a deep commitment to the mission.

They are entrusted with the daily care and oversight of the children and youth, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where each child can grow, heal, and thrive. From guiding daily routines to offering encouragement and support, they play a vital role in shaping both the physical and emotional well-being of every child.

In addition to their hands-on care, they manage the many operational needs that keep New Life running smoothly. This includes purchasing food and essential supplies, coordinating logistics, and overseeing the maintenance of vehicles, the farm, school facilities, and staff support. Their attention to detail ensures that nothing is overlooked and that every area of the ministry functions with order and purpose.  Because of their dedication, the children are cared for, the staff is supported, and the mission continues to move forward—bringing hope, stability, and a brighter future to those who need it most.
