Luis Urquia is 16 and in the 9th grade. He came to us in January 2017 from another orphanage in Tegucigalpa. He had been best friends with Luis and Heydi from the former orphanage in Talanga. They call each other brothers. We know very little about Luis except that he is all alone with no known family. He is definitely Special Ed and participates in our special ed school at New Life this year. He has little interest in school but does what he can. He is usually fairly calm except when the children push him to anger and then he is uncontrollable until he calms down.
